and he began to push the ball toward my son, he picks the ball and throws it 5ft, dog gets it brings it back and the samething again but this time the dog licked him as he picked up the ball and the rest was love at first sight,Now my son at 9 wants one, once we move from the condo and get a house there will be one.

Well about 4 years ago i and the family of wife 2kids boys went to a church picnic, my older son was going crazy at this GS he was scared the dog was freindly and all but even i was a bit worried. Well to make a long story short my son threw the tennis ball and the GS dog chased it and brought it back to him, now iam watching this with the wife and she going crazy! i was kinda of curious as to what might happend? but the dog was freindly from the start. the dog was making that sqeek sound

My german rescued me from a mugger.We went for a walk,I was set upon by a man with a knife.Warned him to let me go,my hans knocked him to the ground.Did not see it coming,we were able to get away from him.Police arrested him and all he said was keep that dog away from me.Hans passed away 4 years ago.I helped a homeless dog,he came home and is still with me.A siberian who needed me.Because of Hans I wanted to help someone who had no one.I learned the love you give comes back in an endless supply.

Let me explain that last comment. You helpedme decide to get a German Sheperd Puppy again. It was so hard loosing our last dog, we just never got another one. We've had 3,and I loved each one tremendously! Your video has made me decide to do it again. To remember all the joy and love they give youis worth any heartache in the end.THANK YOU! NANCY LEE

My "Tori" was stolen out of my yard 4 years ago and my heart still hurts. I miss the way she moaned if I accidently kicked her in the night (she took up 3/4 of my queen sized bed).. I miss the way her big ears stuck out of my sunroof when going for a treat... I miss the way she insisted on being riden in the car from my moms yard to ours (it's about 25 feet).. I went looking for a pup to heal my heart & now its broken againLuna

This really makes me wish even more that I had a German shepherd. Instead I have an Australian Cattle Dog!
